What is the typical turnaround time for orders?

We print on demand for sustainability reasons, meaning we don't keep stock on hand. Our localized printing centers handle the production, which can vary in delivery time. On average, orders are delivered between 5 to 15 working days, depends on destination. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How can I track the status of my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking number upon order placement. Use this number to monitor your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our prints internationally to various countries.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can. Simply contact us through the contact form with your desired changes:

-If the order hasn't been transferred to the printing center, we can accommodate your request.
-If it's already in process, we'll work with you to find the best solution.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please notify us through the contact form within 30 days of receiving the order and include pictures of the damage. We'll send you a new one free of charge.

Do you offer custom framing options?

Not at the moment, but we're constantly improving our services, so stay tuned for updates.

Are the prints signed by the artist?

Yes, all prints contain the artist's signature, just like the original.

Can I request a custom size for a print?

What is your policy on copyright and intellectual property rights?

All artwork is the property of Pere Rius Art and cannot be used for promotional purposes.

How should I care for and maintain my artwork?

While our prints are made with quality paper, we recommend framing to protect them from accidental damage like water splashes. Additionally, keep them away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, and avoid touching the surface to maintain longevity.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages for orders?

Not currently, but we're continuously working to enhance our services for our customers.

Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?

Yes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product doesn't meet your expectations in terms of quality or suitability, you have 30 days to initiate a return. We'll refund you entirely, except for shipping costs (if applicable).
